5. Nodal Officers / Appellate Officers : In case you don't get satisfactory resolution of your query / complaint at the customer service centre you can get in touch with Nodal officers with your complaint reference number and details of grievance. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution given by their Nodal officers, you may get in touch with Appellate Officers within 3 months of resolution after the expiry of the complaint resolution time limit specified by the Nodal Officer
